ARTLINE SHIRT MARKER 2.0MM
Artline Shirt Marker is perfect marker for T-shirt. You are able to design your own T-shirt by using shirt marker. It is ideal for the use on T-shirt, sweat-shirts, jeans and other cotton fabrics.
HOW TO MAKE YOUR OWN ORIGINAL T-SHIRT?
WHAT YOU WILL NEED?
1. Artline
2. Artline laundry marker (EK-750 Black)
3. Design
4. Cardboard
5. T-shirt (100% cotton)
6. Iron
STEPS:
1. Attach a design to a piece of card with clear or paper tape.
2. Insert the card and design inside the t-shirt and position is required.
3. Fold the sides of the t-shirt behind the card and secure them with clear or paper tape. Keep the front side of the t-shirt from wrinkling. It makes the line work easier.
4. Use a fine nib black or dark coloured shirt marker or the EK-750 to trace the outline of the design.
5. Fill in the design with shirt marker. Keep applying colour until there is no white visible in the coloured areas. Gently stretch the materials to check unpainted area is not left.
6. A thick emphasis to outlines using a black or dark coloured shirt marker or the EK-750 will add dept and contrast to your design. Modify any unsatisfactory areas.
7. Remove the card from the t-shirt. After the ink has dried, gently iron over the design at a medium heat to fix the colour.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. Painting over other colour before ink dries will add a gradational effect. (Note: a pen nib will get dirty)
2. After ink dries, you may overglaze.
3. You can also use colour photos or magazine cutouts as t-shirt design.
